Spa Policies

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will accommodate you, but according to the remainder of your scheduled reservation. You are still responsible for your reservation.

Cancellation policy: Illusions Day Spa requires a 24-hour cancellation notification of our spa packages. We reserve the right to charge for any services that are not canceled within the 24-hour period.

Gratuity: For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to your spa services.
